Hello Steadies!

We are sending warm hugs & best wishes to each of you. As we wait for all our class locations to open back up, more and more folks are joining us for on-line classes and activities. You may be among those who thought you would by-pass learning to ZOOM because this will all be over in no time. Well.... "no time" has turned into a long time and on-line has been a lifeline for many Steadies who are enjoying exercising together, cooking together, playing games, and learning to be writers & artists. It's only because of times like these we have had access to some incredible New York artists to lead us in some special activities. Paula & I have also had the time to create some cool activities for you all, on-line through ZOOM. Beginner and Intermediate Art Classes with our very talented friend, Sarah Scholl, will begin next week. These classes will have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10. Our intermediate students will receive an email the end of this week. If you would like to join us, email me at kim.steadyforlife@gmail.com. We are so grateful to those who have sent your tax-deductible donation to Steady for Life these last few weeks. It has allowed us to enter into the New Year in a strong position. It’s not too late to donate to our non-profit. You may do so online by clicking this link or by postmarking your check/envelope by December 31st.

As you know, January & July are the two months of the year to pre-pay and receive a discount on your tuition. If you would like to do that, please reach out to me or Paula at paulatwilliams@att.net. The Steady for Life studio on Bailey Cove opened (by reservation only) in August to all Steady for Life Balanced Body 3, Balanced Body 2 and Yoga students. It has been a smooth and safe process and we have been able to accomplish all our goals: Keeping classes small, distancing 10 feet apart and keeping everything sanitized.

Your instructor will be reaching out to you when we get the ALL CLEAR to resume classes at your location. Until then, join in with us when you can, stay safe and know we care so very much about each of you.
